<\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t\t<\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”70px”][vc_column_text]The buyer has the right to return the goods within 10 days if the ordered item does not match. The buyer bears the cost of the return when returning the item ordered. If an error has been made by Dinga\u010d – Skaramu\u010da d.o.o. or if it is a mistake on the item ordered, the cost of the return is borne by Dinga\u010d-Skaramu\u010da d.o.o.
\nIn the event of a refund, the Buyer shall return the product to the Seller at his own expense.

<\/div>\n <\/div>\n \t\t\t<\/div>[vc_empty_space height=”70px”][vc_column_text]Complaints are received in writing at: ivana@dingac-skaramuca.hr. In the event of a complaint, the Buyer returns the product to the Seller at the Seller’s expense
\nThe Seller shall, within 30 days from the date of receiving the written complaint of the Buyer, replace the product or return to the Buyer the entire amount paid plus interest, calculated from the date of receiving buyers written notice.
