RETURN
The buyer has the right to return goods within 10 days if ordered item does not fit. When you return the ordered items Customer bears the cost of return. If he made a mistake by Dingač – Skaramuča or a malfunction of the ordered product, return costs shall be borne by Dingač-Skaramuča.
In case of return, the buyer shall at his own expense to return the product to the Seller.

RECLAMATIONS

Reclamation will be accepted in writing by mail: ivana@dingac-skaramuca.hr. In case of reclamation, customer returns the product to the Seller at the cost of the Seller.

Seller is obliged to Customer exchange the product or return to Customer the full amount paid plus default interest, calculated from the receipt of the written notice – within 30 days from receipt of written complaints.
RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

In exceptional situations where the ordered item we are unable to deliver, we reserve the right without your consent deliver substitute items that cost corresponds ordered or we can cancel your order. In some cases, especially with products in action, it is possible that some of the ordered items are not able to deliver and that the ordered item sold out what we will notify you via e-mail.
